Innocent Account is a free account service that can be used across all of our sites (with the exception of a few sites).

Currently, the main features are as follows


The information set in the “Profile” section of your account will automatically be entered into all forms on the site, saving you the time and effort of entering basic information each time you make a reservation.
When you make a reservation while logged in to your account, your reservation details will be saved in the “Reservation History” section of your account.

We plan to add more features to the Innocent account in the future.

Reservations can be made with or without an account.

About Studio Use

You are not allowed to enter the studio except during usage hours. If you absolutely need to put your luggage in first, you will need to book the studio to include that time.

Rental start times will be based on the studio schedule. We do not accept changes to the start time.

Studio usage is based on the studio schedule and is in hourly increments.

The price is per studio, so you can stay at the same price even if the number of people changes.

If you use the same studio for consecutive hours, there is no need to leave in between.

Since the studio does not have soundproofing equipment, you may only use the volume at a level that is sufficient for your own confirmation and does not disturb other companies in the building. If our staff determines that the volume is too loud, please immediately lower the volume.

You may eat and drink as long as it is a light meal.
Please be careful not to stain the studio, walls, floor, furniture, decorations, costumes, etc.

Regarding trash, please do not leave it in the studio.
Please either take it home and dispose of it yourself, or hand it to the reception staff when you leave the studio and we will dispose of it.

About reservations

Please check the calendar on the Reservations page to see the dates you wish to book (already booked dates are grayed out).
If you are logged into your Innocent account and have made a reservation, you can view your reservation history in your account.

Please check for the following causes

Incorrectly entered email address 
If you entered and submitted an incorrect email address, you will not receive an auto-response email.
If you think you have entered a wrong e-mail address, please contact us again with a correct e-mail address.

Your mail has been sorted by filtering service or security software 
Please check if your mail has been sorted into a folder such as “Junk Mail Folder” or “Trash” by your filtering service or security software.

Over capacity of the mailbox 
If your mailbox has a capacity limit set, you will not be able to receive new mail if your mailbox is over capacity.

About fees/payment

Payment will be made at the registration desk on the day of the event.

About reservation cancellation

A

You can reply to our email when we receive your reservation, use our contact form, or call us.

No cancellation fee will be charged up to 3 days prior to the reserved date of use.
If cancellations are made less than 3 days in advance, the following cancellation fees will apply.

The day of use and the day before 100% of usage fee
Two days prior to the date of use 50% of usage fee

*If you come to the reception, you can pay by cash, credit card, QR, or app payment as you normally do.
* If you are unable to come to the reception, bank transfer or credit card payment is also available.
